- The fault may be caused by an excessive foam formation. You need to drain water, turn off the washer and check the amount of foam in a drum. Using a low-quality washing powder, washing of porous things (for example, a tulle) and some other actions lead to the excessive foam formation. In this case, remove the laundry from the machine and don’t use it for at least 24 hours. It needs to be dry.
- Probably the washer’s control unit is broken. Try to unplug the machine from the network and plug it back into the socket in 10 – 20 minutes.
