When the unit begins to function, various cycles are successively replaced in its activity. These include the following points:
- A set of water and its heating to 120-160 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature not only contributes to the excellent removal of food particles, but also the complete dissolution of the powder or special tablet.
- Opening the small dispenser door to let the detergents out and into the hot water.
- It’s suction through the drainage holes at the bottom of the device, followed by pumping into rotating sleeves and ejection to the outside.

The essence of the problem is that this part is blocked or jammed with something. With its full functioning, water splashes inside the unit. If the dispenser door is open, it flushes the powder out of the dispenser. Usually, in such cases, an indistinct noise is heard, which the device begins to emit immediately after filling with water.
You need to open its door and check if liquid splashes out of it. In the absence of its excess, it should be assumed that there is a malfunction in the operation of the circulation pump.
Often the reason lies in the clogging of the sprayer. In this case, it is required to examine the sprinkler holes to determine their patency and cleanliness. If the water is not fully sprayed, then the detergent will not dissolve in it. It also happens that, due to an oversight, an excessive amount of soap just gets into the device for a very easy load, and the cycle is set too short. Then the machine does not have enough time to completely dissolve the powder or tablet. Therefore, before you start working with it, you should carefully study the manual.
The reason for the violation of the dissolution of the detergent can also be a breakdown of the spray arm, which does not rotate properly.
