If there is the 3E code on the LCD display, there must be a problem in the wire harness. It may be not connected properly or damaged. It is advisable to check the wiring of the motor, stator, main control board, etc. Not unlikely, you will find lose connections or rusty connectors. The problem can be fixed by reconnecting and replacing the wire harness.
Troubleshooting recommendations
- Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the mains
- Open the motor chamber and check connections
- Get to the hall sensor and check all connections: some may be loose or damaged
- Make sure that the hall sensor is installed properly
- Make sure the motor is not blocked and check it for foreign objects
- Make sure that the stator is not loose or damaged
- Make sure that all relays on the control board are operational
- Make sure that the wire harness between the motor to the control board is ok
- Check ALL wire harnesses and reconnect/replace them if necessary
